Profile

I have been awarded a scholarship from the School of Law to prepare a thesis in publication format, drawing together my book chapters/journal articles with new material. I will draw on my research into UK and EU law to address how individual rights in health-related data can be used to secure collective interests. My doctoral thesis is supervised by Dr Jiahong Chen, Professor Sara Fovague and Professor Naomi Hawkins.

I am also a Researcher in Law within the Centre for Health, Law and Emerging Technologies (鈥楬eLEX鈥), a programme within the Faculty of Law at Oxford. Before entering academic research, I was a barrister in healthcare practice.
