FOUR HATS COACHING (email: fourhatscoaching@

Hello and Welcome!

I’m Rick Ruppenthal, personal and leadership life coach & founder of Four Hats Coaching. A place where you can discover new directions, thrive in life your way and turn those dreams and visions into real results.Rick v1

If your life…

is anything like mine, then you know how life can be pure chaos where you are wondering, “Why is this all happening?” “Why me – why now?”

If you…

  • Recently lost a career or left one and now looking for new insights to answer, “What now?”
  • Moving into retirement and wondering what’s next?
  • You’ve had enough of some circumstances and need a change but nor sure if it’s right or where to go or even what to do.
  • Work in the front-line and have lost your purpose or drive to help others. Feelings of ‘Compassionate Fatigue’

Read the bios of some the most successful people that you admire and you will find that many had mentors and/or coaches in their lives, making significant differences in their mindsets,  leading them to results and destinations that they enjoy today.

You deserve the same.

Four Hats Coaching is an unique, integrative approach based on Jungian models  balanced with Life Coaching, Human Needs Psychology and Strategic Results Sessions.

YES!     WITH COACHING YOU CAN !

I see the powerful!

In fact, I only help powerful people remember how powerful they really are!

                             COACHING PRODUCES LASTING RESULTS !

We each were given a gift in the form of a reset button. At any moment we could press it and say, “OK, let’s start again.”

But if something does not change after you hit it, you will end up hitting that button over and over again, or worse stop.

I’m looking for people who want the assistance. Who have the awareness that something has to change, have the desire for that change and maybe don’t feel they have the knowledge or ability to make that change!

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” ~Marianne Williamson

My clients have told me that they have had profound personal changes, feel that they are finally in more control and have had better relationships both at home and in their profession.
