…that everyone wants peace of mind and to live in a state of loving life.

One of my coaches once asked me, “If you find yourself in a hole, what would be the first best thing for you to do?”

The answer was too simple. Stop digging it deeper!

Do you find yourself in a dark hole with seemingly no way out or no apparent solution?

Then no matter where you are at this moment, together WE could do better and that is where coaching can play, not only in stopping you from digging your holes deeper, but discovering solutions to get you out of the hole altogether.

Will you still drop into holes from time to time? Probably and I do too but when you do find yourself in a hole I promise you that you will not stay there no longer than you have in the past.

Personally, I have found my holes much shallower and much easier to avoid altogether.

I am here for YOU if you wish to:

  • Achieve a goal or create something that seems impossible
  • Live without stress (okay a little stress is good), insecurity and anxiety
  • Enhance work productivity and creativity
  • Improve work/life balance
  • Be able to face change and challenge with resilience and clarity

If you have the AWARENESS of the need for a change and have the DESIRE to participate for the change you want, but something is just not clicking or something appears to be holding you back, then coaching can be very helpful.

In fact, I know personally that it can!

Ready to take action?

The first simple step is to have a conversation about coaching and what you really want, so…

Let’s have a conversation!

It is your time to shine!

“This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy.” ~ From George Bernard Shaw’s play, Man and Superman

“I am of the opinion that my LIFE belongs to the whole community, and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do for it whatever I can.
I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work, the more I live. I rejoice in life for its own sake. Life is no ‘brief candle’ to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment, and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations.” ~ From George Bernard Shaw’s play, Man and Superman

“If we make every day better than the one before, today will be the best day yet, and the greatest days ever will await us in every tomorrow.”

Could you imagine that before May 6th, 1954, no other athlete in the world had ever run a mile under four minutes? No one. No one that is until Roger Bannister. What My Clients Think

“Rick, thank you for all your help this past year. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to achieve what I have without your help.”

What a blessing in my life. I learned a great deal from you, especially your calm demeanor. I am grateful that I could call on you in times of confusion and needing assistance. You are a shining example to me! DM, Director

Loved the exercise for it’s thought ‘provokingness’ – made me think about my thought process. Thank you!      M. H.

You have a great knack of asking the right questions at the right time. Really has gotten me to look deep and understand my relationships better. Stuff still happens and I’m loving it!      M.  F.
