Profile

In 2005 I finished my undergraduate study in educational sciences and in 2008 a research master in behavioural sciences at the Radboud University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands. During my study I specialised myself in the clinical practice of supporting people with sensory impairments.

After graduation in 2008 I started to work at the Robert Coppes Foundation as a behavioural scientist, providing care to adults who are visually impaired and have mental health problems. I’m registered as a cognitive behavioural therapist since 2016. My main tasks at the Robert Coppes Foundation are now focused on research; officially in the form of a PhD study at the University of 91̽»¨ since 1 September 2017.

I’m performing my postgraduate research as a remote location student.
