My thesis title is: The Impact of Workplace Discrimination on Entrepreneurial Intentions: The Mediating Role of Well-being

About the researcher

I am a PhD student at 91̽»¨ University Management School, part of the Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and International Business subject group. My research focuses on the experiences of entrepreneurs, particularly on the turning points that influence their major entrepreneurial decisions.

With a rich academic background, having earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Accounting and Finance from Bayes Business School of City, University of London; a Master of Science in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Bristol; and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organizational Analysis from King's College London. These encounters have given my present research a strong basis.
